提高Si_3N_4结合SiC棚板坯体成型密度的研究

为了获得性能优良的Ｓｉ３Ｎ４－ＳｉＣ棚板，就棚板制造过程中的配料及成型工艺等问题进行了实验研究，探讨了提高Ｓｉ３Ｎ４－ＳｉＣ棚板坯体密度的最佳途径。实验表明：振动成型时，振动时间和振动压力要匹配适当，才能得到最佳的坯体密度。工艺调整适当后，Ｓｉ３Ｎ４－ＳｉＣ棚板实际使用寿命可达５００次以上。     

First principles study-D88 lattice stability of low-rate metalloid Ti5Si3

First principles study is reported for the band structures, site and angular momentum decomposed density of states, and the electronic charge density distributions in high-temperature structural materials D8₈-Ti₅Si₃ with the addition of low-rate metalloid: carbon, boron, nitrogen and oxygen. It shows that how the addition of metalloid atoms can stabilize Nowotny phase of Ti₅Si₃ from the viewpoint of the electron structure. 钛蓝宝石激光器泵浦光与振荡光模式匹配研究

本文运用ｑ参数的传输和交换规律，研究了钛蓝宝石激光器泵浦光和振荡光的模式匹配，结果表明在实用器件中采用单一透镜不能实现模式匹配，进而提出了一种新的模式匹配法，并给出了实用参数设计方式。     

三唑嘧啶磺酰胺类抑制剂的三维构效关系

三唑嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂是作用于乙酰乳酸合成酶的一类新型除草剂 .本研究利用限制性系统搜索 ,确定了活性构象 ,并用比较分子场方法 ( COMFA)研究了 2 4个化合物的三维定量构效关系 ,建立了具有较强预测能力的 3D- QSAR模型 .研究结果表明 ,影响其药效的主要因素是空间结构 .     

锌铝尖晶石的研制

在不同的ＺｎＯ／Ａｌ２Ｏ３配比条件下，于１６００℃左右合成了锌铝尖晶石及含锌铝尖晶石的陶瓷材料，在１２００￣１３００℃的温度下，测定了不同陶瘊材料与铜液之间接触角，结果表明ＺｎＯ的加入可以改善铜液对Ａｌ２Ｏ３的浸润性     

二值图像的自动表述

提出了一种通过对图像中物体的边缘进行描述来表征二值图像的方法 .该方法对二值图像进行边缘提取、周线跟踪、特征点提取、边缘分割及曲线匹配 .经处理后的图像由一系列描述物体边缘的数学方程来表征 ,有利于图像数据压缩及重构 .

发现了航片水平、地形平坦的理想状态下，关于立体象对象基线的一个恒等式：ｂ＝ｒ１｜ｃｏｓａ｜＋ｒ２｜ｃｏｓβ｜，式中ｂ为立体象对的象基线，ｒ１、ｒ２为航片上任意一个同名象点在立体象对左右邻片上的辐射距，α，β为该同名象点左右邻片上的辐射距与立体象对象基线的夹角。     

Decompoisition of toxic and environmentally hazardous 2,3,7,8-tetra-chlorodibenzo-p-dioxin by gamma irradiation

Summary The decomposition of the toxic and environmentally hazardous 2378-TCDD by gamma irradiation was studied and successfully used to decontaminatge laboratory wastes containing small quantities of this chemically and biological stable compound. The method makes use of gamma irradiation from a commercial⁶⁰cobalt facility at high dose levels (100 kGy) to break down the compound into notoxic products. Irradiation also decomposed 2378-TCDD in contaminated soil from the Seveso accident.
